Who is JCO Financial Solutions?

Since the end of 2022, I have been supporting companies and investors in the Netherlands, Germany, and the United Kingdom with the following services:

• Advising on capital structures (debt and equity) that align with strategic goals of these companies.
• Mediating to find the right equity and debt providers.
• Providing (fractional) CFO services and supporting projects tailored to specific needs of clients such as accounting, regulatory compliance, and funding structuring.

Most clients are growing in tech, fintech or (financial) services with a significant assets and/or (contracted) receivables bases which requires a scalable financing solution.

JCO started as a nickname given by my international team members, who had difficulties pronouncing my full name: Jeroen Conijn.

Background and experience

Before starting JCO Financial Solutions I was in banking leading a team of 25 professionals in The Hague, Frankfurt and London. We provided tailor-made receivable financing solutions for multiple clients. These clients were active in various sectors, ranging from financial services, fintech, tech, mobility, manufacturing, infrastructure, renewable energy and real estate. We also made and managed the strategic investments in fintechs.

My team also structured and maintained a wide range of structured funding programmes, including covered bonds and securitisations and set-up investment funds for multiple asset classes.

I studied accountancy, information management and tax law.
